Your notary supplies order is delivered quickly and correctly - 99.99% of our orders are delivered on-time, without error and are made in-house using only highest-quality products that comply with your state's notary law requirements. Your order is proofread three times before shipping. Orders placed before noon Central Time will be shipped on the next business day (exceptions holidays and weekends).
No Refund Policy
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ
- If the American Association of Notaries, Inc. receives an incomplete notary order or notary application, or if you do not provide the necessary notary commission certificate or information needed to process your order, we will notify you via email, USPS mail, or phone to request the missing information. If we are unable to process your notary order or application within one year from the date it was received on our website or by mail due to a lack of information from you, we will no longer be obligated to fulfill the entire order, and no refund will be issued.
- State filing fees and notary bonds are nonrefundable once filed with the county or the state. Prorated refunds will be issued on error and omission insurance policies for the remaining coverage period.
- Notary courses are non-refundable once the notary course certificate of completion has been printed.
- Engraved and customized orders placed online or received in our office are non-refundable once the item has been put through the manufacturing process and is custom-made for you. However, if you are not satisfied with the customized order you received, please contact the American Association of Notaries. Refunds for these orders will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Refund / Exchange
If you are unhappy with a product, you may return it undamaged and unused within thirty days for a full refund or exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cancelation Policy
There is a brief window of time to cancel orders after they are placed online or received by mail. Orders that have been shipped or entered into the customization process cannot be canceled or refunded.
Processing Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are processed after we receive your returned order. Refunds for membership dues, bonds, and errors and omissions insurance must be requested in writing via email before a refund is issued. Please email us at sales@usnotaries.com. Refunds are issued within fourteen days of receiving your returned items or refund request.
Lifetime Warranty
We guarantee your satisfaction. AAN offers a lifetime warranty for all notary stamps, notary seals, and notary supplies given normal usage and proper care and re-inking. Lifetime warranty means that the product will work as designed for the entire term of the notary’s commission. If you request a replacement, we may ask you to return the item to us and pay the shipping charges on the replacement product.
Defective Product
If you receive a product that is damaged or not designed to your specifications, please call or email us and we will provide you with a replacement at no additional cost using the same shipping method you selected.
Undelivered Orders
AAN will promptly provide a replacement for any undelivered order using the same shipping method you selected.
Price Match
If you find the same product cheaper somewhere else, we will match the price.
